File early and often!  :-)  The FAA is REALLY feeling some pain over the barrage of paperwork being foisted on them nationwide.  240,000 grievances and climbing.  The FAA desperately wants the greivances to stop.  If you haven't filed your CIC grievances, what are you waiting for?
