HR 2881 Total is the whole hearing on HR 2881 and amendments, includes debate and vote on the Fedex amendment as well as the NATCA amendment.
In order to be able to fast-forward through the clips or skip forward to the time-markers in the amendment debate clip, hr2881_NATCA_amendment.asf , you must first have downloaded the entire clip to your computer.  Then, in Windows Media Player, go to the "View" menu, then click on "File Markers" to jump to the sections I have bookmarked.
